Welcome to the Shreveport Force online merchandise store. This store is operated by Shreveport Homeschool Sports / Shreveport Force. By visiting our store, placing an order, or purchasing merchandise, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Purpose of the Store

The Shreveport Force merch store exists to provide team-branded merchandise, spirit wear, apparel, and related items for Shreveport Force athletes, families, supporters, and the surrounding community.

Proceeds from merchandise sales may be used to support Shreveport Force teams, athletes, programs, events, equipment, facilities, fundraising efforts, and the overall mission of Shreveport Homeschool Sports.

2. Products and Availability

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colors, sizes, pricing, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that product images will appear exactly the same on every device or screen.

Product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, correct errors, or cancel orders if an item becomes unavailable.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Applicable sales tax, shipping, handling, or processing fees may be added at checkout. Louisiana sales and use tax applies to retail sales of tangible personal property unless an exemption applies.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an email confirmation. This confirmation means your order has been received, but it does not guarantee that the order has been accepted, fulfilled, or shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Payment issues
  • Duplicate or accidental orders
  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will make reasonable efforts to issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Custom, Team, and Pre-Order Items

Some items may be custom-made, team-specific, personalized, printed-on-demand, or offered as part of a limited pre-order.

Unless otherwise stated, custom, personalized, printed-on-demand, or pre-order items are final sale and may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been submitted.

Please carefully review all sizes, names, numbers, colors, and product details before placing your order.

6. Shipping, Pickup, and Delivery

Shipping, pickup, or delivery options will be provided at checkout when available.

Estimated delivery or pickup dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, vendor availability, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If local pickup is offered, customers are responsible for picking up their items within the communicated pickup window. Shreveport Force is not responsible for items left unclaimed for an extended period of time.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Because many Shreveport Force merchandise items may be custom, seasonal, limited-run, or pre-ordered, returns and exchanges may be limited.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

Returns or exchanges may be considered only if:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • An error was made in fulfilling the order

Please include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition unless the issue is a defect.

8. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size when ordering. Size charts may be provided when available, but sizing can vary by brand, manufacturer, and product style.

We cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues, especially on custom, pre-order, or limited-run items.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

10. Cancellations

Orders may not be cancelable once they have been submitted, especially if the item is custom, personalized, printed, in production, or part of a pre-order.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be honored.

11. Fundraising and Support Purchases

Some purchases may be connected to fundraising campaigns, team support, facility goals, or specific Shreveport Force initiatives.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, merchandise purchases are not tax-deductible donations. If you need information about sponsorships, donations, or tax-deductible giving, please contact Shreveport Force directly.

12. Use of Shreveport Force Name, Logos, and Designs

All Shreveport Force names, logos, designs, graphics, slogans, team marks, and related branding are the property of Shreveport Homeschool Sports / Shreveport Force or are used with permission.

Purchasing merchandise does not grant permission to reproduce, resell, modify, copy, or use Shreveport Force branding for commercial purposes without written approval.

13. Personal Use Only

Merchandise purchased from the Shreveport Force store is intended for personal use by athletes, families, supporters, and fans.

You may not purchase items for unauthorized resale, commercial use, or reproduction without written permission from Shreveport Force.

14. User Information and Privacy

When placing an order, you may be asked to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing information, and payment details.

We use this information to process orders, communicate about purchases, arrange pickup or delivery, and provide customer service.

Payment information may be processed through a third-party payment processor. Shreveport Force does not intentionally collect or store full credit card numbers unless required by the platform or payment provider.

15. Communications

By placing an order, you agree that Shreveport Force may contact you about your order, payment, pickup, delivery, product availability, or related store matters.

You may also receive team or organization updates if you separately subscribe to those communications.

16. Errors and Corrections

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing, description, image, or availability, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify the customer when appropriate.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shreveport Force, Shreveport Homeschool Sports, its board members, coaches, volunteers, staff, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the online store or purchase of merchandise.

Our liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

18. No Warranty

Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except as otherwise stated. We do not make warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer, vendor, or applicable law.

19. Third-Party Platforms and Vendors

The store may operate through third-party platforms, payment processors, print vendors, shipping services, or fulfillment providers.

Shreveport Force is not responsible for technical issues, payment processing errors, vendor delays, shipping carrier delays, or third-party service interruptions outside our control, but we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve order-related concerns.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from use of the store or purchase of merchandise shall be handled in accordance with applicable Louisiana and federal law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the store website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
